Some ImgNova functionality depends on third-party services. Your use of Canva and other third-party platforms is also subject to their respective terms, policies, availability, and technical limitations. ImgNova does not control those third-party services.

You agree not to misuse ImgNova, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass technical restrictions, use automated methods to overload the service, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

You are responsible for content you submit or process through ImgNova services and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content. You retain your rights in your content except for the limited permissions required for us and our service providers to process it in order to provide the requested functionality.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you under the laws of your place of residence.
